Leadership has been an important part of my journey, shaped by a commitment to service, integrity, responsibility and bringing people together.
Through community involvement in both Kenya and Australia, I have learned that leadership is not simply about holding a position or title. It is about listening to people, building unity, taking responsibility and creating opportunities for others.
I believe effective leadership requires humility, accountability and the courage to make decisions that benefit the wider community. My goal is to continue developing as a leader who empowers others, encourages education and contributes positively to society.
